Routine appointments
Routine appointment clinics are held in the afternoon and are designed for the review of ongoing problems and problems that are not urgent.
GP Sit and Wait/Walk In Clinic
Each weekday we hold a morning sit and wait service where patients are able to attend the surgery in the morning before 10:30 and see a GP. This clinic is designed for more pressing problems requiring urgent medical attention. Unfortunately, for this service we are unable to specify which GP will see you. If there is a specific GP that you would like to speak with, we advise that a routine appointment is made.

Cancelling your appointment
If you have an appointment and cannot attend or wish to cancel, please telephone us on 01929 480441 and let us know as soon as you can.
Extended Access
The Surgery is able to offer appointments outside the normal hours, primarily for those patients who have difficulty attending during Surgery times. Please note, these must be pre-booked and that no other services (dispensing etc.) are available at these times.
Home Visits
Home visits are available to patients who are housebound or too unwell to attend the Surgery. If you wish to request a home visit, please phone before 10:30, if possible. All requests will be assessed by the GP who will visit if necessary. You may be offered an appointment at the Surgery or a visit by another Healthcare provider eg. district nurse if this is deemed more appropriate.
