If so, please let us know so we can support you.

How can the Practice Support you:

We will offer you a free yearly flu vaccination
We can inform you of local events or information specifically for Carers
We will offer support at any time that you need it
We will try and offer appointments convenient to you and the person you care for, offering telephone appointments, if required
If the person you care for is a patient with us, following their written consent, we will be able to discuss their medical record/needs with you.
We have a designated Carers Lead within our surgery to offer support. You are welcome to contact them for information about the many services that may support you in your caring role.
