Ordering repeat prescriptions

How to Order Your Medication

  • Online, using the NHS App or SystmOnline service
  • By post using your order slip
  • At the Surgery
  • By phone every morning between 10:30-12.30, please call 01929 480697 

Please allow at least 72 working hours between ordering and collection. Please remember that our Dispensers are only available to assist with queries in the morning. Any orders placed after 18.30 will not receive their attention until the following working day.

Repeat prescriptions may be collected from the Surgery during our opening hours, 8:30-18.30 (except Thursdays).   For more specialised medications you may be asked to attend at a more specific time.  A Dispenser will discuss this with you if necessary.
