Physical accessibility
Our building is on one level and all facilities are accessible by wheelchair. We have limited surgery parking spaces, but there is also a public car park located opposite the surgery.
How to make a complaint
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible.
Complaints should be addressed to Kerry Norman, Practice Manager or to Dr Mark Lepper.
We shall acknowledge your complaint within three workings days and aim to have looked into your complaint within ten working days of the date when you raised it with us. We shall then be in a position to offer you an explanation, or a conciliation meeting with a representative of the practice.
